Proxmox is a commercial company offering specialised products based on Debian GNU/Linux. The company’s latest release is Proxmox 7.0 “Virtual Environment” which is based on Debian 11 and includes support for the Btrfs and ZFS advanced filesystems. “Here is a selection of the highlights: Debian 11 Bullseye, but using a newer Linux kernel 5.11. LXC 4.0 has full support for cgroups2.
