Red Hat has announced the release of the second update to Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 8.x series, an enterprise-class Linux distribution with comprehensive support options. This version provides, besides many other improvements, an in-place upgrade tool for the users of RHEL 7.x series: “Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8.2 now generally available. Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8.2 is the latest version delivered according to the twice yearly release cadence.
